Both of these were fixed in [http://git.deluge-
torrent.org/deluge/commit/?h=1.3-stable&id=1da7a518 1.3.2] so it will be
down to the translation for your particular language as there are two
different translation strings for context menu and the text in column.
I have tested with French and it was fine however Arabic does not contain
a translation for the column text so exhibits the issue you are reporting.
If you search for 'Normal Priority' for your language on the translation
site (or PO file in src) you can verify if the string is translated in
both places.
