I'm experiencing it on Ubuntu when started through an upstart job although
I believe the daemon operates this way under all circumstances.
I'm using logrotate to rotate, compress and remove old logs so I would
prefer Deluge to just append to the existing log, if it exists, rather
than overwrite it each time. Perhaps a command line option to indicate
append instead of replace would be sufficient, although another solution
would be if Deluge could rotate, compress and remove it's old logs itself.
