I did think that might be the case for some users when I added that but it
fixed a problem in other use-cases.
I will look to add a preferences option for next release. You can comment
out or remove the [http://git.deluge-
torrent.org/deluge/commit/?h=1.3-stable&id=eac52dec7 line] and it will
revert the change.
