#2102: Window resized when adding torrent

When adding new torrents, no matter if via a .torrent file or magnet link,
the Deluge window is resized as shown in the attached image.
The resize button is in the wrong state as well, so each time I add a
torrent, the button has to be clicked twice to maximize the Deluge window
again.
This is occuring on a Windows 7 64-bit system.
