In 1.3.5 on Windows 7 the program reports ALL torrent as active everytime
I turn on Deluge, I have a penalty on my more usual tracker every day.
Sorry, but now I won't use this client. This bug is too important. 17
months ago and it isn't still fixed. And the most important thing is that
now the bug is more important than in 1.3.3.
