Ok most of the highlights strings are GTK translations which have not been
included in the GTK bundled with Deluge.
If you create the following directory and extract the attached ru.7z into
it, your translations should work.
`C:\Program Files (x86)\Deluge\share\locale`
You should be aware that most of the Plugins are not properly translated,
especially 3rd party ones.
