I'd like to see these features in Deluge if it's possible. It would allow
a easier management of the bandwith for uploads:
* Upload in priority torrents with few seeders[[BR]]
* Upload in priority torrents few seeded[[BR]]
* Define the maximum number of upload by torrent, at the same time[[BR]]
