Nothing we can do about that as it is not a direct Deluge issue but
something in an external library, possibly gtk. it is occasionally
reported on Windows in forums but there is no consistency to it.
You could isolate the issue yourself by running in thinclient mode to see
if it is occuring in deluged or deluge-gtk.
If you wish to discuss it further please use the forums.
