#2193: "Open Folder" doesn't work when I right click a torrent in Deluge 1.3.5

Whenever I right click a torrent and click "Open Folder" nothing happens.
It doesn't take me to the folder where the files from that torrent are
located. It simply just doesn't do anything. Is there anything I can do to
fix this?
