Where have you requested help on this issue before? The forum is the usual
place to start with questions/problems. The bug ticket system is for
reporting of precise issues and the [wiki:Contributing/BugReporting
BugReporting] page has details on this process.
I am not entirely sure of issue you are reporting but it sounds as though
you have disabled/unticked 'classic mode' and so now Deluge is in
thinclient mode.
