Very old request, but I wanted to chime in. I plan on developing this
plugin for a class project. I have the underlying logic already written in
Python (see here: https://bitbucket.org/torik/local-bittorrent-file-
finder/wiki/Home). Now comes the task of integrating it into a plugin
structure.
