All patches that you submit to any project should always be complete and

It is a problem with the way pylint parses Twisted code, not the code
itself. The API simply mentions the `IReactor` link as a reference point,
there is nothing there to say that `twisted.internet.reactor` is
deprecated and the Twisted docs show how to setup the reactor in code:
