enable_outgoing_utp
enable_incoming_utp
enable_outgoing_tcp
enable_incoming_tcp
This would be useful to expose in UI prefs but you can use the
[http://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=42887 lt config
plugin] to change this setting in meantime.
