#2706: [Execute] Potential issue when removing torrent with data

A user pointed out that the behaviour of execute with delete event and
data removed is unknown. It likely is an issue as the old path will be
passed to scripts so probably the best action is to send an empty path.
The only issue I can foresee is determining whether data was also removed
just from the emitted event so may only be fixable in develop.
