Everytime i add a multi-torrent at once *download torrent files and open
them all at once not via magnet* and keep it to download, once it finishes
the date in windows explorer are 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM but in the deluge
application the dates are fine.
For example i added 3 torrents look at the dates

and here i have only 1 torrent at the time
