#2774: Deluge wont start when run from .desktop or commandline

Server: 1.3.12
libtorrent: 1.0.6.0
Operating System and version. Arch latest
Browser and version (if using WebUI). Firefox
Plugins enabled.
Installation method i.e. from source, package or installer.
pacman -S deluge
Precise steps to reproduce the bug.
3/4 times it will hang and result in having to force close it.
1/4 times it will work without a issue and I have included a clean open
log to compare
Steps run "deluge-gtk -L debug -l ~/test.log"
Wait 5 seconds click connect to localhost daemon, see if it hangs or not.
If it hangs close via task manager
If it connects continue to manage torrents.
WebUI works no matter what happens to deluge-gtk
Both log files included.
