#2781: 'Open folder' incorrectly opens root folder

When you right click a torrent and select open folder, the behaviour is
incorrect. It opens the root torrent folder rather than opening the folder
containing the individual torrent downloaded files.
Pretty sure this is a bug as it doesn't make sense to have designed it
this way.
1.3.12 running on windows 10.
