#2851: Assign label in WebUI

The WebUI is nearly perfect except for the extremely frustrating fact that
you can not assign a label through the WebUI. The user is forced to
interact with the host machine to assign labels, this is counterintuitive
and a major hindrance to effective work flow. Please add the ability to
assign a label within the WebUI.
