Encountered a few regressions when adding magnet uris
* If added in paused state, noticed the name of the torrent is not being
set from the magnet uri.
* The `Url` button in `Add Torrents` is not pasting the uri in the
clipboard
* Magnets are missing trackers
1.3-stable works as expected.
