Hi, I am also having this issue. It just seems to have stopped working
after an apt-get upgrade last week sometime.
Deluge version :1.3.13-0,
Python version: 2.7.6,
OS: Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS,
Kernel: Linux 3.13.0-106-generic !#153-Ubuntu SMP Tue Dec 6 15:44:32 UTC
