#3009: Can't Start deluge-console 2.0.0.dev7009

I installed the latest deluge from
http://ppa.launchpad.net/deluge-team/develop/ubuntu yakkety main
However, I get an error when I run deluge-console. I can log into daemon
using deluge-web though.
How can I fix this?
