`deluge-web` 2.0.0.dev7052+45e0d10+201706100031~ubuntu17.04.1 shows a very
similar behaviour where connections no longer have an effect, but deleting
and re-creating the connection results in an entry in the list of
available connections. Pressing "Connect" results in no connection.
I think this is a critical bug because it doesn't allow to use the
program.
