Hello,
Seems to be the same as this 7 year old bug http://dev.deluge-
torrent.org/ticket/1369 - i'm using version 1.3.15
The UI gives this error :
The folder contents could not be displayed Invalid byte sequence in
conversion input
Deluged.exe start fine it seems - deluge.exe is the one giving the error.
Starting deluge.exe with -c in to an other folder outside of my
userprofile works.
