This is actually a slightly different issue to the OP as it is propagating
from Twisted logging, this has been fixed in
[https://github.com/twisted/twisted/commit/c0ce0d77be9152a8a3645c5bddb6e2f9cc56d98f
Twisted >= 19.7]
I shall handle the error gracefully and can skip logging under these
circumstances.
