I have pushed code to set the temperament of the MIDI playback via the internal synth. It should also work on suitable external synths. I have given two sample skeleton scripts (one liners!) which switch to quarter comma meantone temperament and to equal temperament. Play a chord of A-flat major to hear what g#-c-eb sounds like! You need a reasonably modern fluidsynth for this (>=1.1 I think). Debian stable is behind:(
Still to do: setting the temperament to the value chosen by the user, outside of the music, sorting out real-time, channels etc. The commands are in the ObjectMenu Directives->Temperament, at least for now - you will need to use More Commands to get them.
