I have put the code for allowing notes like Breve to be selectable as the prevailing duration, as discussed on denemo.org (under 0.2.24 I think - I was being pessimistic). This needs some testing, and has at least one bug: clicking on the duration icon inserts a whole note instead of a Breve. I have done sample scripts only for Breve, not Longa, nor rests etc.
