We need a function to get the current keybinding for a command name.
(GetShortcut "InsertA") -> "a"(for example)
(GetShortcut "InsertA") -> #f (in composer profile)
This is useful for many things, a direct use would be to insert the binding
of a key to a DialogBox or general output messages:
"Press (d-GetShortcut "UnsetMark") to deselect"
I am sure I asked this already but can't find a bugreport. It may well be
that its already in Denemo, but its not in the manual then, I searched
anything related to "Shortcut" and "key"
