Follow-up Comment #1:
The tagline can be edited using Score->Titles->Tagline
but the better way is (or rather, will be) via the View->Score
Layout->Scorewide Settings. Here you can edit the default tagline, though I
see that you can only do that for a customized layout, so this needs fixing.
I think I can create a special menu for the button that sets Titles that will
include the tagline setting commands.
