This can also be used in scripts. I have created an example - accordion
shifts. What is novel here is that the accordion shifts are installed as
LilyPond defines on the score and can then be inserted via the command
that raises a menu of all the defines created for the score. (Normally,
we would have all those commands bulking out the menu system for all
scores).
