I have just committed a new MusicXML importer into Denemo.
This turned out to be an order of magnitude more difficult than I
guessed it might be, because MusicXML is very bad at describing music
structurally - it is probably ok for MIDI, possibly ok for what the page
looks like, but even to find out how many voices there are is hell.
This is a first pass, concerned with the bulk notes/chords/rests data,
it is missing things like titles, trills, fancy barlines etc.
I've committed it now because it is much better than our route via
musicxml2ly which seems to struggle with the terribly vague MusicXML
spec as well.
