I rewrote the vamp-plugin-sdk Makefile.am so now it will compile it and
install it (hopefully) the was it was meant to. I am building the linux
binary current. Then I will go back and rebuild the mingw from scratch and
then try darwin. I have not changed anything about the installation. Was I
supposed to? Did you send me any more nsis updates since the warning to
reboot after installation?
