Ah, I see, you are still thinking of the palettes as being fixed collections that need to be packed intelligently. But they are not, they are whatever you want to put in them. So you can just pack a custom palette of your own with all the buttons you want to suit the window width that you use. The ones I have provided are just some sort of a guess at what people who don't want to spend time on the program might want. I have filled them with buttons to match what I am guessing is a smallish screen someone might have.
