Hm, can't really help with that, but it seems to be available:

Actually it turns out librsvg2 is already installed but the error is:
Error: Package: denemo-1.1.0-21.1.x86_64 (/denemo-1.1.0-21.1.x86_64)
Requires: librsvg
so maybe your spec file needs a change to accept "librsvg2" ?
