These are all quite old versions at least six releases of Denemo ago - 1.1.4 is current, and building from the current sources usually even better. However, looking at the warning it seems very strange - the variable "onset" appears to be declared as an integer not a pointer. And I guess you have some flat passed to the compiler that causes a fatal error on this warning?
