Details:
If you include many things in a Dynamics staff you trigger new staff
contexts.
Dynamics staffs must contain time signature changes, but these must not have
special attributes such as Numeric time signature or hidden timesignature.
There is a warning for only some of these, and the full set is not known
possibly.
