I am unsure of the method in which you are resizing the window. I would
like to reproduce this but can't. I have upgraded gtk and hope that this
issue has been fixed.

Here is a snapshot of the current git with an upgrade gtk:

I hope it fixed the issue. I know you also mentioned changing the
keybindings also. For the most part I think mac users would expect
apple-z for undo
apple-c for copy
apple-v for paste
apple-x for cut
apple-q for quit
apple-p for print

Any others?
