Update of bug #44815 (project denemo):

Follow-up Comment #1:

This was reported by Yunk.
My comments:
The combination of Play Along Playback and Recording MIDI in is not supported
(well, that's to say it has not been thought of).

Play Along Playback is for practicing one part while Denemo plays along with
you, waiting for you if you are too slow.
Recording MIDI is for recording from the MIDI keyboard while Denemo plays the
score.

There is a second recording button for audio recording (recording the audio
output) in the Playback Controls. This will enable you to playback a score
while you play on your MIDI keyboard and then save the result as an audio file
(.ogg format).

>From what you say it sounds like it was this audio recording button that you
activated, while in Play Along Playback, and this too is unexplored
territory.
