Hmm, I just downloaded it (on a Debian box using a cleaned-up Firefox browser). I have previously downloaded it to Windows Vista machines using Firefox. I notice that Jeremiah still has it where he built it http://denemo.org/~jjbenham/gub/uploads/denemo-mingw-1.2.4.zip so you could try getting it from there. I'm not any sort of expert in this stuff, though - if you reply to the list others may be able to advise.
