Follow-up Comment #1, bug #46368 (project denemo):
It sounds like the command set didn't get saved.
Try again, by deleting ~/.denemo-2.0.0 and then starting Denemo saying you
want to keep you short cuts.
The try save as Default Command Set in the command center, quit and re-start
and see if that has done it.
If so, we need an automatic save.
(By "~" I mean you home directory where you "My Documents" etc are to be
found.
