The import is only done with all work saved.
now in 2.0.1
The longer term thing would be to examine the possibility of defining #{ etc
in the scheme environment which the imput parser is using.... the "etc" in
this case might involve a lot of definitions that LilyPond provides, without
which there will be no way of swallowing the correct amount of input after the
# token is found.
