Start Denemo and open an existing file
View Typeset is not ticked
When chosen a Blank Typeset window appears
Press Typeset and the little "I am working" window appears on top of the Edit
Window.
When Typesetting is finished the Typeset window appears with the typeset music
on top of the Edit window
So far so good.
BUT
Press Typeset or Refresh
Again the little "I am working" window appears on top of the Edit Window.
When Typesetting is finished the Typeset window does NOT appear, and must be
actioned from the taskbar.
This is annoying rather than crucial!
