When viewing Documentation->Manual from the main Denemo web site, there are a
couple of display issues that appear to be the result of the source of the
page (i.e. a file in the git repo vs just being served as a regular web page
resulting 404s for all images, invalid characters in the ToC, etc.) I only
mention this issue because people running across Denemo for the first time are
likely to see the online manual initially which doesn't look as polished and
easy to read as it actually could.
