Details:
when using MIDI in to fill in the pitches on rhythms tied notes are handled
well except if you enter a chord, the chord appears only on the last of the
tied notes. Fixing this would involve calling a script to back track when a
chord is entered to check if the previous note is tied - quite expensive, and
would have to be done for every note entered with Adding to Chord flag set ...
