Hi Richard,
I just (incorrectly) tried to Print from the File Print option in denemo
(rather than produce a pdf from the typeset view and print that)
Nothing seemed to happen, so I moved down and tried Print Preview.
Again nothing happened, so I closed the Typeset window and tried to do
it properly.
View Typeset was already ticked (but there was no window available from
the Denemo icon on my toolbar).
I picked View Typeset anyway, and the tick disappeared but a Typeset
window appeared, and everything worked as normal.
Toggling the Typeset window kept leaving the tick when there was no
window and no tick when there was.
