Follow-up Comment #1, bug #49163 (project denemo):
Worse, Start Cadenza does not explain that if your cadenza is very long you
should insert the notes into separate (Denemo) bars, else Denemo cannot cope
with the too-wide display. And it could mention about inserting (LilyPond) bar
lines too.
