Accent > on a note is a Hidden Command
Under Notes, Articulations (according to the command centre) It is
hidden because there is allegedly a better way!
However I can neither find the Accent On/Off nor any reference to a
better way!!

You can do this! It ( > ) is in the bars you printed to edit the second
movement of the Britten. I can't find it in the menus!
