May have found it. I had (inadvertently and unwittingly!) put a tremelo
on a Minim rest.
If I don't report it as recurring - it typesets at th emoment - consider
termelo'd rests a BAD IDEA!

I had just finished and the denemo edit stopped being able to be Typeset.
I exported the LilyPond and tried my test.bat process (the copy of the
file was test.ly:
