Update of bug #51055 (project denemo):
Summary: Button on title bar for Instrumentation is not
deleted on New, Open etc => Deleting a Score Title in the Score Properties
editor does not delete the button

Follow-up Comment #2:
The Instrumentation case is now fixed. But in all cases the button is left
when you delete the directive in the Score Properties editor.
