I just recompiled ghostscript with --enable-compile-inits and unset the
two directories and now it succeeds with warning:
*** Warning: GenericResourceDir doesn't point to a valid resource directory.
the -sGenericResourceDir=... option can be used to set this
Lilypond should be working now.
