Ah yes, that would be annoying. I've fixed it now so that MIDI keyboard notes
are just passed straight through to audio when MIDI input is off (ie like
listening to notes mode - the easiest thing to do to fix the problem. Could be
useful as well, to listen to the MIDI keyboard while entering stuff by PC
keyboard).
